2009. It's my
pleasure to present for the 9th consecutive year, the
opportunity to observe and participate in the wonderful
carnival customs of the
Serres region--Kechekia,
Babouyeri, Tapouzidhes, etc. These are living
traditions, not tourist activities. Several villages of
the Serres Prefecture will be included as well as a
possible side-trip to Naoussa for the carnival
celebrations there.
With the cooperation of local organizations and
individuals, I have been able to keep the price the same
as last year in spite of ever-increasing costs.
Participation is limited to 10, so register early.
